Tucupita Municipality. The Tucupita Municipality is one of the four municipalities (municipios) that makes up the eastern Venezuelan state of Delta Amacuro and, according to a 2007 population estimate by the National Institute of Statistics of Venezuela, the municipality has a population of 93,368. Columbia searched as far north as Maine, Minneapolis as far south as Venezuela. Neither appears to have encountered enemy ships during the war. Consortium is funded solely by sponsors, both small and large companies, solicited by the student organizers. Although Consortium is student-organized, some working professionals from various industries, including the Merchant Navy, have also participated in the past two years. These are populated overwhelmingly by market practitioners with the full-time IUA secretariat providing administrative support and implementing decisions (see chart).
