Tucupita Municipality. The Tucupita Municipality is one of the four municipalities (municipios) that makes up the eastern Venezuelan state of Delta Amacuro and, according to a 2007 population estimate by the National Institute of Statistics of Venezuela, the municipality has a population of 93,368.

El Dorado, Venezuela. El Dorado is a small town in eastern Venezuela. It is situated in Bolívar State, on the Cuyuni River. It is the second-largest town in Sifontes Municipality; the capital of the municipality is Tumeremo.
In response to developing country (Least Developed Country, LDC) anxiety at their worsening position in world trade, the United Nations General Assembly voted for a ‘one off’ conference. At Geneva, the LDCs were successful in their proposal for the conference with its Secretariat to become a permanent organ of the UN, with meetings every four years.
Turcotte soon found himself working with Canadian trainer Lucien Laurin at the racetrack in Laurel, Maryland. In 1972 he rode Riva Ridge to victory in the Kentucky Derby and the Belmont Stakes. Turcotte became internationally famous in 1973 when he rode Secretariat to win the first Triple Crown in 25 years.
He became a member of the Central Committee of the Ukrainian Socialist-Revolutionary Party (UPSR) and the Villagers Association. Also he was a member of the Central Rada and the Rada Minor as well as the Pysar (Scribe) in the General Secretariat of Ukraine.
