When Toriyama decided to create Dragon Ball, he used Chinese author Wu Cheng’en’s Journey to the West as a prototype for his own series. Yamcha took the role of Sha Wujing. His name is a pun on a form of Chinese cuisine called yum cha.
The festival has made efforts in being green-friendly, teaming with many groups to do so. They partnered with Clean Water Action and Rhode Island Resource Recovery to collect 1.5 tons of recyclables. CWA worked onsite picking up trash and recycling, and set up composting stations to curb the waste generated during the event.

He performed the role of Dr. Phil van Neuter, the Muppet mad scientist who tries to suck out Gonzo’s brain, in Muppets from Space (1999). Henson was the executive producer for several television series: Dinosaurs (1991–94), Aliens in the Family (1996), Bear in the Big Blue House (1997-2006), and Farscape (1999-2003).
