Ceratopyxis. Ceratopyxis is a monotypic genus of flowering plants in the Rubiaceae family. The genus contains only one species, viz. Ceratopyxis verbenaceae, which is endemic to Cuba. It is a resinous small tree or bush with 4.5-8 centimeter oblong leaves.

By imposing a mathematical rule for adjusting monetary policy, the FORM Act allows for negative interest rates. This is not the same thing as quantitative easing, but it has a similar intention.
