Calçots are grilled until charred, wrapped in newspaper to steam, then consumed by peeling off the charred skin and dipping the white portion in salvitxada or romesco sauce. The green tops are discarded.
Two compilation albums of his work were released posthumously. Sims was the cousin of another Texas blues musician, Lightnin’ Hopkins, and he worked with several other prominent blues musicians, including Texas Alexander, T-Bone Walker, King Curtis and Albert Collins.
The chancel/apse is semi-octagonal with moulded ribs and wall columns. It has a vaulted stone roof. The five long arched windows of two lights with small rose windows contain little pieces of clear, red, blue and green glass arranged in geometrical patterns.

In the 1440s, Emperor Frederick III rose Julien von Brawand to the Lord of Unspunnen. Bern placed the Unspunnen lands directly under the city’s authority in 1529. In 1762 the lands were transferred to the administration of Interlaken and the castle was allowed to fall into disrepair.

Once I know a song really well, I can then have fun dancing. Not only in her performances, but also with her music, dancing made a huge impact: I loved dance music so I started with that and wrote ‘Transcendence’, ‘Electric Daisy’ and ‘Spontaneous Me’.
